Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship to addresses within the continental United States (no P.O. Boxes). When you place an order, you will receive your items standard ground and via one of the following carriers depending on your location: USPS priority mail, UPS ground, FEDEX ground. A confirmation email will be provided to you once your order ships. Please note that your products may arrive in separate packages.

RETURNS

Our no-hassle return policy means you may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.  

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Upon receipt of your return request, we'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number which must be clearly marked on the return package (packages without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted). Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (shipping and handling is non-refundable). We cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear or socks for any reason.
